Search 'best prostate doctor in Egypt' and you'll get a mix of directories and roundup articles. Most of what determines a name's position on these lists has nothing to do with surgical skill:
None of this means every listed doctor is unqualified — it means the list itself proves nothing either way. Position on a page is a marketing outcome, not a clinical one.
